After shipping, "Quick-Ship Items" are delivered within 2-4 business days domestically and 6-10 days internationally. "Exclusive Line" products take 8-12 days domestically and 10-15 days internationally after shipping. Delivery times may vary due to factors like customs delays.

How can I track my order?

Every order comes with a tracking number, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.

What is your return policy?

For made-to-order items specified under the features tab, returns and exchanges are not supported if the incorrect size or color was chosen or due to a change of mind. For other products, we accept returns of unused and unworn items within 30 days, except for swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, face masks, and earrings due to health and safety reasons. Please contact us for the return address before sending back items.

Damaged Products or Errors

If your product is damaged or has a manufacturing error, please contact us at support@blackline-creations.com within 30 days with details and photos of the issue. We offer a free replacement or a full refund upon verification.

Exchange Policy for Other Products

Contact us within 21 days for exchanges. If the desired product is unavailable, we will help find an alternative. Special offers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
